Cerebellum Digital Downloaded Content Products
- Ownership: Cerebellum Corporation ("Owner") retains all intellectual property rights in and to the digital product, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights. The digital product is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- License Grant: Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal and/or professional use within their school and non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant the User any rights to resell, distribute, sublicense, modify, or otherwise exploit the digital product beyond the scope of personal use and/or not to be used outside of their school.
- Restrictions: The User agrees not to engage in any of the following activities regarding the digital product:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product.
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the product beyond what is expressly permitted.
- Use the product for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the product.
- Transfers: The license granted to the User is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred to another party.
- Purchase and Return Policy: All digital downloaded content products will be one-time purchases and return is not acceptable. If you experienced issues with the downloaded contents, please contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase.
- Derivative Works: The User shall not create derivative works based on the digital product or engage in any form of unauthorized adaptation or modification of the product.
- Feedback: If the User provides any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the digital product, the Owner retains the right to use, disclose, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to the User.
- Enforcement: Owner reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or infringement of its intellectual property rights, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, and legal fees.
- Attribution: The User shall not remove or alter any attribution or ownership information attached to the digital product, if provided by the Owner.
By downloading, accessing, or using the digital product, the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by these intellectual property rights and restrictions. Any violation of these rights may result in the immediate termination of the User's license and may subject the User to legal action.
